  • If a person wishes to cancel document attestation, we require a mail or letter within three days of the submission of documents from the authorized person.
  • We will investigate the reason for the cancellation as soon as we get the refund or cancellation request.
  • The process for cancelling or receiving a refund will begin based on the services rendered for the documents.
  • We would deduct a fixed amount if we performed a particular procedure and service.
  • The refund will only be transferred online to the customer or authorized account.
  • The refund period will begin ten days after receiving the customer's request.
